DAN JONES

   I aim to utilize my education and professional experience to excel my growth and passion in the design Industry. After my graduation and completion of my Bachelors of Science in Industrial Design Degree at Arizona State University, I seek to become an integral member of your design team. My goal is to implement my learned skills and eleven years of working experience in various professional fields to successfully solve any design challenge effectively and efficiently.

   Adding credence to my educational merit. I am proud to have graduated from the prestigious College of Design at Arizona State with a Magna Cum Lade Honor. The program is highly selective allowing only about a forth of its applicants to qualify for the upper division and completion of the degree program. While my education concluded as a graduate of the class of 2010, I spent the following three years as a free-lance Graphic Designer. This allowed me to sharpen my creativity and Adobe software skills in the professional world. Unfortunately, due to the state of the economy at the time of my entrance in the work force, I had to be resourceful and chose alternative employment. I managed restaurants and bars as well as a three year career in the Mortgage industry as a Licensed Loan Officer. Following that I became a full-time member of a graphic design and marketing team at Smoking Vapor. These diverse trades through the years have helped to expand and extend my professional knowledge and skillset beyond the design industry, shaping a well-rounded, tested and knowledgeable team member.
